Pam joined the Investment Services Group of Thornton Oliver Keller in 2013. A consummate commercial real estate professional, Pam’s extensive experience includes the sale of office, retail, industrial, residential development and land track developments. She possesses highly specialized knowledge of the distressed real estate asset market, representing both banks and buyers, and has completed over 40 broker opinions of value in the past 24 months.
Pam comes to Thornton Oliver Keller from Cushman and Wakefield Commerce where she enjoyed a highly successful commercial real estate career and earned the respect of the local business and brokerage communities. Pam was the top producer for Cushman and Wakefield Commerce in 2012 and also received the sale of the year award. Prior to working at Commerce, Pam was with Grubb and Ellis for eight years where she was consistently one of the top producers most recently winning awards in 2011, 2009 and 2007.
Pam has sold a variety of investment products including office, retail, industrial, multi family buildings as well as many residential subdivisions. Her most notable sales in 2012 include the sale of the Boise Tower Land to Gardner Alquist, the disposition of the Owyhee Plaza Hotel and the sale of the entire 15th and Bannock Street block. Pam has also represented several banks in the Treasure Valley including, Mountain West Bank, Wells Fargo, DL Evans, Bank of the Cascades and
Idaho Banking Company.
Prior to working in the brokerage world, Pam’s career experience includes working for such prominent companies as ProClarity Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Dun & Bradstreet and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Pam graduated with a Master in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco (2002). She holds an undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree from Gonzaga University (1987) as well as a marketing certificate from the University of California, Berkeley (2006).
|Family, Hobbies, and Interests
Pam and her family are originally from Boise and she enjoys the quality of life the Treasure Valley affords. Her favorite recreational activities with her husband and children include snow skiing, mountain bike riding, camping and football games - keeping her busy. She is an avid fund raiser for Ballet Idaho and thoroughly enjoys every performance.
