Experience

Ms. Reynoldson joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2017 and specializes in office brokerage services. Laurie blends artful negotiations with a deep understanding of the local commercial real estate market to the benefit of all of her clients. An accomplished industry professional, Laurie is well respected for her thorough, strategic, and effective representation.

Laurie’s clients benefit from her extensive commercial real estate experience and industry knowledge. Her ability to deliver exceptional results to each of her clients is readily demonstrated in the ease with which she tackles the leasing and disposition of properties, marketing strategies, site selection, lease analysis, contract review and transaction negotiations. Laurie’s considerable community involvement provides clients with endless networking advantages, whether they’re bringing their properties to market, or looking to capitalize on market opportunities.

Prior to joining Thornton Oliver Keller, Laurie was a leasing manager with Hawkins Companies where she oversaw leasing activities in the company’s national portfolio of commercial properties, including prospecting for new tenants to fill first- and second-generation space, and reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

As a former commercial real estate and development attorney, Laurie brings a unique skill set to the table in representing her clients. Not only is she well versed in the legal practicalities and framework of each deal, she has extensive experience in negotiating complex sales and leases, financing transactions, and land use and entitlements for development projects. Her clients benefit from her common sense and practical approach to each deal, as well as her 18 years of legal experience.

 

Education

Laurie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Planning Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She earned a Juris Doctorate degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University’s School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

Laurie is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, widely known as one of the commercial real estate industry’s most prestigious certifications. She presently holds the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a designation held by just 10% of commercial real estate professionals, recognizing competency, education, experience and ethics.
 

Professional and Community Activities

Laurie is currently an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Idaho, and the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a graduate of Leadership Boise. She is also a frequent panelist and speaker on topics relating to commercial real estate, project development, and financing.

For the past 15 years, Laurie has been involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, previously serving on and chairing the Board of Directors, and currently serving as a member of the Expansion Committee. She is also former board member of the Cathedral of the Rockies, and previously served as the Lifetime Membership Advisor for the Tri Delta chapter at Boise State University.

 

Family, Hobbies, and Interests

Laurie and her husband Mike live in Boise with their yellow lab, Hank. They are avid sports fans who are longtime boosters of the Boise State Broncos, root for the Washington Huskies, and catch as many Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball games as possible. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys distance running, playing tennis, snow skiing, gourmet cooking, and wine tasting.
