Ben Shalz joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2006 as a property manager and became a partner in the firm in 2015. Ben offers an extensive background in financial analysis, risk management, project management, and customer relationships.
In 2011, Ben was promoted to the position of Operations Manager for the Property Management division of the company. In 2014, Ben became the Director of Property Management and joined the company’s Leadership Team. In this role, Ben offers direction to an impressive group of Property Managers and Maintenance staff at Thornton Oliver Keller. Ben’s management team is highly regarded for their performance, experience and ethics. With Ben’s guidance, the management team strives to create competitive advantages for their clients while continually improving the performance of the properties under their management.
