Mr. Oliver joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2015 and specializes in office leasing, investment sales and acquisitions. Bryan’s daily interaction with relevant market offerings offers his clients a distinct advantage in making data-driven decisions when buying, selling, or leasing commercial real estate. Bryan’s market leadership has earned him a reputation as one of Southern Idaho’s most accomplished commercial real estate professionals.

Bryan is experienced in both landlord and tenant representation and focuses on delivering exceptional results to each of his clients. His services include the leasing and disposition of properties for owners and developers; and, tenant representation including lease analysis and renewal negotiation for office users. Additionally, Bryan’s extensive investment expertise has benefited numerous clients as they bring their properties to market or as they seek to capitalize on market opportunities.

Prior to joining Thornton Oliver Keller, Bryan was an office leasing and sales specialist with Cushman Wakefield | Commerce for nearly four years. Bryan transitioned to the commercial real estate industry after 11 successful years in the financial services sector. In his role as a financial advisor, Bryan worked with individuals, families, and small business owners in the areas of retirement planning, education planning, estate planning, and asset allocation strategies.

 
 

Education

Bryan received a Bachelor of Science in Politics/Economics from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. While there, Bryan played varsity tennis and was captain of the team his senior year.

Bryan is currently a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.

 

Family, Hobbies, and Interests

Bryan and his wife, Debra, have two young children: Grant and Stella. In his free time, Bryan enjoys photography, fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
