 SIOR designation logo Society of Industrial and Office Realtors:    A Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation is an industry identification as a qualified office and industrial practitioner certifying service knowledge, competence and high ethical standards.  
CCIM designation logo Certified Commercial Investment Member:   A Certified Commercial Investment Member is a recognized professional in the commercial real estate subjects of brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.  We have the most CCIM practitioners in the Boise commercial real estate market.
CLS designation logo CLS/SCLS:    The Certified Leasing Specialist and Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designations are offered through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Retail leasing professionals must meet experience requirements and demonstrate detailed knowledge of retailing, shopping center development, and shopping center leasing.

RBN: The Retail Brokers Network, with 65 offices in 48 states, is a retail networking group comprised of independent firms who work together on a regional, national, and even international level in all areas of commercial real estate including: tenant representation, investment sales and project leasing.  
AMO designation

AMO®:    An Accredited Management Organization® is a designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The AMO® accreditation is awarded to real estate firms that have a track record of integrity, ethics, high performance, experience, stability, financial accountability and have a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) directing and supervising the property management team.

CPM designation CPM Designation®:    Certified Property Manager® is a designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute’s exacting requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience.  5 of our 7 property managers have obtained their CPM® designations.
